She got a long blond hair. Maia Rutledge was born February 28, 1938, and disappeared March 3, 1946, at age 8 from Crescent City, California. She is the earliest of the returnees to be taken and the first to exhibit a special ability.
Maia began recording her visions in diaries.
Season Two
Her mother, NTAC Agent Diana Skouris, adopted her in the first episode of season two (Wake Up Call). Maia was the first 4400 to develop the immunity failure due to the promicin inhibitors.
Season Three
She was re-abducted by a representative from the future posing as her biological sister to be reinserted at a different point in the timeline (the year 1847). She was returned to the present by representatives from the future through a deal brokered by Tom Baldwin.
Maia began attending classes for 4400 children at the 4400 Center. In the season finale of season three ("Fifty-Fifty"), Diana removed Maia from the 4400 Center school due to security concerns although Maia sneaked back into school the day Isabelle went on a rampage in the center. At the end of season three, Maia moved to Spain with her mother and Ben.
Season Four
At the beginning of season four, the three returned to the U.S. after the disappearance of her aunt April. It is revealed that she supports Jordan Collier's plans for the future. (Thanks Wikipedia for the bio info) Accepted by = Wyatt

Name: Anna Valerious Age: 29 Looks: Black hair, white skin, and is beautiful. Has blue eyes. Race: Species: Human Ranking: Powers: No Powers History: She was the princess of a Gypsy clan in Romania. Her father was abducted by Dracula in 1887, and killed by him shortly after. Prince Velkan, her brother, was bitten by a werewolf while he tried to protect his sister from the werewolf's attack. Anna, who had believed that Velkan was dead, later discovered that he had actually been transformed into the Wolf Man and unwillingly became a spy for Dracula. A few weeks later, Van Helsing and Friar Carl came to Transylvania where Anna was living. Van Helsing was sent from Rome to protect her and to help in her family's quest in slaying Dracula. Anna, who is very bullheaded, didn't want to accept his help. However, before she had the chance to formally object, the village was viciously attacked by the three brides of Dracula: Aleera, Verona, and Mariska. Anna fled, knowing that the brides had come for her to finish killing off her family. This left Van Helsing fighting Mariska, whom he shot with arrows with holy water on them and killed. This is when Anna gains his trust and decides to work with Van Helsing and Carl. As Van Helsing And Anna continue on working together they both realize the love they have for each other. At the end of the movie Anna is killed by Van Helsing while he is the Wolf Man, but since Dracula was killed prior to her death, Anna and the entire Valerious family is freed from Purgatory and is accepted into Heaven since her family's quest to kill Dracula has been completed. She smiles at Van Helsing, while her body is being burned on the pyre behind him, as he looks into the clouds feeling her presence with him.
